Vacancy Note for a Director, Corporate Services, OECS Secetariat. The candidate will be expected to assume responsibility for all the administrative functions of the Secretariat, and for the provision of advise and technical support to the Institutions of the Organisation whicn are based both inside and outside of St. Lucia.
