    Ministry of Planning, Development, Environment and Housing - European Development Fund - Programme Management and Coordinating Unit (EDF-PMCU).
    The EDF-PMCU is a Unit of the Ministry charged with the responsibility of planning, coordinating, administering and accounting for European Development assistance to St. Lucia.
