    Husband and Wife Hotel management team
    This position is a hands-on Joint Manager Position. The successful applicants must be willing to live on property and assume around the clock responsibility of the Resort and all aspects of the day to day operation.
    Applicants must hold formal hotel management degrees and must have several years of international hotel management experience in an upmarket resort environment.     Executive Chef
    The successful candidate must have formal culinary qualifications of the highest standard and at least eight years of culinary working experience in an executive position in a comparable upmarket resort environment.
    Must be familiar with latest international culinary trends. This is a hands-on position, requiring an individual with good communication, budgeting and training skills.
    Deputy Chief of Security
    Seeking a mature and responsible individual with suitable qualifications including working experience in a similar position or within the police department.     Food and Beverage Controller

Hotel Manager at Wyndham Morgan Bay
